Returns and refunds
The Colombo Milano 1911 Online Shop wants to guarantee maximum satisfaction to all its users, through a simple and quick management of returns and refunds. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the delivery date of the products purchased. The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift. The products must be returned intact and must be provided with a tag indicating the barcode and any material that is part of the package.
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
The return request must reach our Customer Service no later than the fourteenth working day from the date of delivery. If the communication is received after this time, your request will be rejected. The items must be sent back perfectly intact and must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. The products must be sent with a tag indicating the bar code and any material that is part of the package. The garments must be returned in the original packaging delivered. If there are multiple returns belonging to the same shipment, the products must be sent back via a single shipment. Returns of orders from countries other than those in which they were delivered are not accepted.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
To send a return request to our Customer Service write an email to email@example.com specifying the order number, the name of the items to be returned, the quantity and the reason for the return. Our team will answer you as soon as possible. If your return is authorized, the label to be printed and pasted to the package you intend to return will be sent to you via email. Once the return has been received, our Quality Control staff will evaluate the status of the returned products and you will be notified by email of the confirmation of any refund. If all the conditions listed above are respected, colombomilano1911.com will refund you the total price of the purchased products that have been returned, or, if you prefer, it will generate a "credit" directly spendable on our e-commerce site for your next purchase.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
The shipping costs will be paid by us in the event that:
One or more products received by you do not conform to what you ordered
The products you received have obvious production defects. Attention: items damaged due to wear and tear will not be considered defective.
In both cases described above, we will book a collection through our express courier so that you can return the purchased products without having to pay the shipping costs.
The shipping costs will be at your expense in the event that:
The size of the item you purchased is not correct, size changes are not made.
The product you purchased does not meet your expectations.

FAILURE TO ACCEPT RETURN
In case the conditions mentioned above are not respected or damage to the returned products or their use is found, colombomilano1911.com reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case you can decide whether to receive the purchased products for which you made the return request again, taking on the shipping costs. It will not later be possible to refuse the shipment sent.
ATTENTION: In any case, customized products cannot be returned.
REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
Colombomilano1911.com will reimburse the total price of the products no later than 20 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. The repayment schedule varies according to the payment method you use, in particular:
Credit card: the time required to display the refund may vary and depend on the credit institution that issued your card.
Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible within two or three days. Paypal will send you a communication stating the refund.
Payment by bank transfer: the refund will be made to your bank account. You will receive a refund on the same bank account from which you made the transfer for the purchase of the returned item.
