The Colombo Milano 1911 Online Shop aims to guarantee maximum satisfaction to all its users through simple and quick management of returns and refunds. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the delivery date of the purchased products. The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the customer who purchased our products. The products must be returned intact and must be provided with the tag indicating the barcode and any material that is part of the packaging.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

The return request must reach our Customer Service no later than the fourteenth working day from the date of delivery. If the communication is received after this timeframe, your request will be rejected. Items must be returned perfectly intact and must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged. The products must arrive with the tag indicating the barcode and any material that is part of the packaging. Items must be returned inside the original packaging provided. In case there are multiple returns belonging to the same shipment, the products must be returned via a single shipment. Returns of orders originating from countries other than those in which they were delivered are not accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, you can choose:

1) To ship with a courier of your choice, and in this case shipping for the return is at your expense,

2) Or you can use the return service via BRT contracted with Colombo Milano 1911, which will allow you to easily ship your package through the BRT network (Fermopoint). With this option, the return is free of charge.

To proceed with the free return via BRT,

Send an email specifying the reason for the return and your order number (e.g. HKKXWHJBC) to info@colombomilano1911.com: you will then receive via email your return label to print and apply to the outside of your return package:

  • TAKE IT to a BRT Fermopoint : You can take the return package to a Fermopoint near you; consult the BRT website to find all locations.

Once the return is received, our Quality Control staff will assess the condition of the returned products and you will be notified via email of the confirmation of any refund. If all the conditions listed above are met, colombomilano1911.com will refund the total price of the purchased products that have been returned.

NON-ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS

In the event that the above-mentioned conditions are not met, or if damage to the returned products or their use is detected, colombomilano1911.com reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case, you may decide whether to receive the purchased products for which you made the return request again, bearing the shipping costs. It will not be possible to subsequently refuse the shipment sent.

ATTENTION: In any case, personalized products cannot be returned.

TIMING AND METHODS OF REFUND

Colombomilano1911.com commits to refunding the total price of the products within no more than 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. The timing of the refund varies depending on the payment method you used, specifically:

  • Credit card: the time required to see the refund processed may vary and depends on the financial institution that issued your card.
  • Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible within two or three days. Paypal will send you a communication certifying the refund.
  • Payment via bank transfer: the refund will be made to your bank account. You will receive the refund on the same bank account from which you made the transfer for the purchase of the item
