The Colombo Milano 1911 Online Shop aims to guarantee maximum satisfaction to all its users through simple and rapid management of returns and refunds. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the delivery date of the purchased products. The right of withdrawal may be exercised exclusively by the customer who purchased our products. The products must be returned intact and must be provided with the tag indicating the barcode and any material that is part of the packaging.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

The return request must reach our Customer Service no later than the fourteenth working day from the date of delivery. If the communication is received after this time frame, your request will be rejected. The items must be returned perfectly intact and must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged. The products must arrive provided with the tag indicating the barcode and any material that is part of the packaging. Garments must be returned inside the original packaging delivered. In the event that there are multiple returns belonging to the same shipment, the products must be returned via a single shipment. Returns of orders from countries other than those in which they were delivered are not accepted.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, you may choose:

1) To ship with a courier of your choice, and in this case the shipment of the return is at your expense,

2) Or you may use the return service via BRT in partnership with Colombo Milano 1911, which will allow you to easily ship your package through the BRT (Fermopoint) network. With this option, the return is free.

To proceed with the free return via BRT,

Send an email specifying the reason for the return and your order number (e.g., HKKXWHJBC) to info@colombomilano1911.com: you will then receive via email your return label to print and apply to the outside of your return package:

  • TAKE IT to a BRT Fermopoint : You can take the return package to a Fermopoint near you; consult the BRT website to find all the locations.

Once the return is received, our Quality Control staff will evaluate the condition of the returned products and you will be notified via email of the confirmation of any refund. If all the conditions listed above are met, colombomilano1911.com will refund the total price of the purchased products that have been returned.

NON-ACCEPTANCE OF RETURN

In the event that the above-mentioned conditions are not met or the returned products are found to be damaged or used, colombomilano1911.com reserves the right not to accept the return. In this case, you may decide whether to receive the purchased products for which you made the return request back, bearing the shipping costs. It will not be possible to refuse the shipment sent subsequently.

ATTENTION: In any case customized products cannot be returned.

REFUND TIMES AND METHODS

Colombomilano1911.com undertakes to refund the total price of the products no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. The timing of the refund varies depending on the payment method you used, specifically:

  • Credit card: the time required to view the refund may vary and depend on the credit institution that issued your card.
  • Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be visible within two or three days. Paypal will send you a notification confirming the refund.
  • Payment via bank transfer: the refund will be made to your bank account. You will receive the refund on the same bank account from which you made the transfer for the purchase of the returned item.
